Got my kit today and installed on my sportsman modified with wraith Knucks. 70 deg is achievable with the arms. I'm at 70 with tires stuffed into the links. About 65 with them just touching the links. This kit made the steering links easier to fit which was a bonus. The ti one you sent almost works out but rubs the link plate posts. Thanks again. Great fit and finish.

So you installed the kit on AX10 axles with a Wraith c-hub/knuckle mod?

A pic or two would be nice.

I got mine in yesterday as well. Tomy, can you post a picture from the bottom showing the tie rod mounted up? I just wanted to compare my angle to how you designed this kit.

BTW, the steering angle is incredible!

Sorry for the late reply. I was not well for a few days but am now back on my feet again.

Here are pics of my setup.

I'm using a v1 tie rod made early this year. It is a bit on the shortish side, which is why there's a lot of thread showing past the rod end. With the tie rod included in the kit, you should have just a little bit thread seen and room for more adjustability.

Shoot for a 178,5mm distance eye to eye with the Revo rod ends. That should give you a neutral position in terms of toe in/toe out. Once the tie rod is fastened , rotate it so you find the sweet spot where it isn't rubbing your motor or the axle housing. You might find you will slightly want to increase or decrease the bend in the tierod to adjust clerance. This is easily done in a wise. The kit was designed to work with caster set to max without any modifications done to the knuckles or c-hubs.

If you find you don't get all the potential out of your setup, look for clearance issues at the servo.

You might find that the rod end or mounting screw of your drag link hits the servo:

Or that the knuckle end of the draglink hits the c-hub:

Pics look good Tomy. Can't wait until I get a chance to get my gear unpacked from you and onboard my wedge.

Thanks Tomy, that's exactly what I was looking for....and that's how I have mine setup.

BTW, in this picture:

I see that you are running the VP upper link mount......you can slide that servo mount over one hole and drill out the slot in your servo plate some and shift the entire servo toward the center of the axle. This will give you a bit more clearance for your tire and servo horn.

Hey mate got mine all setup sweet now, fixed the servo horn hitting the servo by doing as suggested above and moved the servo furthest toward the centre. modded the axels as you described in the universal. Works awsome for anyone thinking of these,

Highly recommended.
