Default New stuff!

Allright, the club has decided on a making a name change,to avoid any confusion with other clubs. So,here's your chance to post up your opinions (serious ones)! PM me your ideas, and we'll put the best ones to a poll for club members to vote.

Also were tentativly going to run our first SCALER event on April 17th. Location to be determined. Were thinking of a trail run, with winch pulls, water crossings and a judging. Simular to the 101 scale run,as far as judging. If your interested and have opinions, either post,or pm and it will be considered.

Names,

1.Redwood Empire Crawlers (REC)
2.Nor-Cal Scale and Comp (NCSC)
3.Highland Springs Crawlers (HSC)

Default Lipo visions

I am all in for a scale comp. just not a big fan of having water in the course. I can still see visions of Conner's LiPo sizzzzeling in the frog pond at Ukiah. I PM'd an idea for a club name

Default Water crossings!

If there are water crossings, there would be an easy and a harder crossing for more points. Not everyone(including me) is waterproof. I understand the concernes of water but it's inevitable this time of year at Highland Springs!

Unless the Cobb Mtn.trail run is open?

Sounds like a good idea to have the deeper water as a bonus. That might also be a good way to incorperate some bridges for the water fearin folks. I'm looling at May for the 2nd annual Prather Pinacle BBQ and GTG. Last year was way to hot in june and july.... E.I.E.I.O. (sorry it's late and I couldn't help myself)

Missed you at da101 Nick, best I have ever done there and still only 15th. Hard courses and good drivers, a broken axel on 3 didn't help. Kendra did very well for her first comp there, CONGRAT'S and a big thanks to Jesse for the help and parts. Anyone up for Highland Springs Friday? Sorry I couldn't make it yesterday, I had a client in the studio burnin tracks.

noon sounds good to me. I will see you out there. I have some tuning to do to my 2.2, put a new chassis on it and have to work out some very minor bugs.
