heh... ok...

my only thought was how early the comp was going to start. my wife and i got tickets to be in the audience for last comic standing for saturday night. i am not sure how late that goes, but geez.... 9am the next day is early :-P

as far as videos for the new website goes, you can use the ones that i have already made.

ohh.. also, how much bandwidth and server space do you have for the new website? on my website, i dont even come close to the limits so i could share bandwidth and server space if you need. each month, i get 50gb of server space and 500gb of bandwidth... advertisement free. let me know if you need me to host anything.

i understand aaron, but the USRCCA(the national r/c crawling organization)does not allow it. if we vote and decide to run rear steer, so be it. i think it would be in our best interest for future comps to comply to the national standards. that way we learn to compete on the national level, and host national events in so-cal(imagine a national at 'the spot'!) i'd like to have rear steer on my new 2.2 as well, but i think it's better to use the USRCCA rules. just my 2 cents.

My thoughts on the rear steer dilemma. What about adding points for each time he engages the rear steer? (assuming it's on a separate channel instead of a Y.) Or just a total deduction of points overall for using 4WS. This way we'd keep the option open-ended but still conform to the rules. Out of curiosity Aaron is the rig really hard to turn with FWS only? I know I'm going to have to mod my tlt to get more steering angle.

Look pretty at Baldy kiddies. I'll be taking Driver Profile pictures for the site.

Jerky no worries, I'll find a ziploc bag big enough to fit your NN into....or I can strap some horse blindsides on your face so you can't see the water......I'm here every Sunday, try the halibut!

Did a little test today with my 2.2 Clod.
Drove in a tight circle with FWS and then 4WS.

Circle diameter with just Front 12'6".
Circle diameter with Front and Rear 6'6".
I sure this could get better with more mods.

Why do we want to limit 2.2 class?
If you want a FWS only build a Scale Class Rig.

well, there is no such thing as a scale class at comps. again, i loved the rear steer on my last 2.2 rig, and i'm just trying to play devil's advocate. i'm just thinking it would be good to compete with nationally recognized rules. of course i am all for putting it to a vote too.
