RCHuffer, is your scaler running? I'm going to be in your area Saturday and Monday.

I hope to be back on a M-F schedule in the next few weeks if things go as planned with the new company...OTOH, front side of Cowles would be less busy in the am during the week.

When is the next comp scheduled for? I thought it was in Nov, but can't find a link for the year's schedule...

My rig is itching to take first... at being last

Where ever RCHuffer was talkin about. Cheatins right about Cowls Mountain. Place will be packed on a Saturday Morning.
Plus dealing with the Anti-RC Nazis.

33.107886, -117.166448 - Google Maps

Capt Nemo, PaulzOX and anyone and everyone, above is the Map link for the location. I'm curious to see what other crawlers think of this spot. We can also check out Calastoga, its just down the hill from this spot. What time do you guys want to meet up? I should have my crawler up and running before Sat.

Armistice - the next comp is scheduled Nov. 10 at Mission bay, I'm waiting to see if it's on or Not.

RCHuffer, I had it setup for Sunday at 930am. Does that work for you?

Marc, that may be doable for me since I work at 2:30 just a couple exits down the freeway. PM me your cell phone number. I'm sending you mine.

I went crawling at this place RCHuffer was talking about. Now remember im new to crawling but I think it is a very good place. It has plenty of parking, tables and bathrooms. All in all it has 3 rims over 100' each and a big bowl type area. If you zoom in on the link in goggle maps you can see it.
