Yes Sunday at 9am. I usually head to the top first then hit the creek on the back down. I am not water proofed so there is not much I can even do at the creek.

It's national forest I'm almost positive you do I go hike close to there and theres a sign that says you need one in the forest

Just googled it you DO need a pass big-5 has them for $5 for a day pass...don't want anyone to get a lame ticket  |

There are a few parking spots on the way up there... At the Santa Rosa plateau visitor center or a few dirt pullouts that can be used for carpooling.

I live just at the bottom of the hill if anybody wants to park here and carpool, if so bring your pass with you because I don't have one. Let me know...
