| RcBros Rock Spider Sportsman Chassis With the success of our MOA product line, we took our winning MOA geometry and tackled the shafty class with what we feel is hands down the best preforming chassis on the market. After proven performance testing our platform we brought it several steps further by focusing on giving the driver the ability to tune on the fly and finishing the product off with high quality materials to bring you the ultimate Rock Spider package. Adjustable Shock Mounts The front and rear shock mounts feature Three positions to give you several options while out on the rocks. Quickly remove two screws to adjust the angle and get back to testing and tuning for your preferred setup. Slightly Arched in the front and flat in the rear with the ability to flip if desired. No longer are you stuck with just one option. Skid Made from real Delrin (not high density plastic), our lightweight Delrin skid doesn’t only look good, but it preforms good too. Belly Clearance is always an issue with the sportys, but so is drive line angle. Our chassis design gives you the perfect angle for your transmission to rest giving you clearance for days in the rear of your vehicle and keeping your drive line angles in check. We then recess the sides protecting the carbon fiber against the rocks and ensuring the delrin contacts the rocks first. We take it a step further off setting the AX10 transmission inside the chassis eating that torque twist for lunch. The quality of these skids should not go unnoticed so be sure to check out the pictures! Quality The precision gone into producing these chassis should be something worth noting. We have spent a lot of time and effort ensuring our customers receive what they are paying for. The shock arms at 2mm in thickness and the remaining chassis at 1.5mm thick have been machined by an expert in the industry with over 20 years of CNC routing experience and it shows. The carbon fiber we use is used by some of the biggest high end names in the industry and we are proud to be one of them. Each kit ships with lightweight 3/16 aluminum hollow chassis braces and standoffs for both strength and weight savings along with stainless hardware. With each chassis purchase you receive the following: (2) 1.5mm Upper Chassis Sections (2) 1.5mm Lower Chassis Sections (2) 2mm Front Shock Arms (2) 2mm Rear Shock Arms (4) Motor Side Standoffs (4) Trans Side Stanoffs (1) Delrin Skid Plate (4) Shock Standoffs Complete Stainless Hardware for Chassis Assembly (As shown in pictures) Available for $110 RcBros Rock Spider | RcBros Hobbies Last edited by RcBro; 03-31-2017 at 09:47 AM. |
