31 pages and some how the point of this thread got lost! It sounds like some people want more moderation while others want less, some could care-less. I actually stumbled onto this thread trying to find out if others have had problems with their posts being deleted thinking it was a technical glitch, how could I be so naive! Someone was in one of my build thread the other day asking how well my trans from a RCC supporting supplier was holding up. I replied back with my honest opionion of why I thought I had just stripped all the gears out of it (all technical about how that trans in that set-up just dosn't work, no ill will just good "feed-back"). About 5 or 6 replies followed by other members supporting my story (as well as uncontrolable flaming of the vendor) and guess what? Yep, all 6-7 posts got deleted!!! I think its great to moderate chit-chat in picture archives or keep non-vendors from selling stuff but I don't necesarily think its cool to remove posts that could warn people from buying particualr parts for particular rigs/set-ups. I will now decend from my soap box! Oh ya, I love this sport and forum! I have lost at least 1000hrs to the wedsite as well as at least $2-3k to supporting vendors, plus I got a green star, nah-nah-na-na-nah-nah   |

I had a mod (eric113) take the time to change my opinion in a vendor thread instead of deleting my post. I felt that was way out of line even for this board. |
