By no means am I complaining, I hope I didn't give that impression. I have the best job in the world and fully expected some bumps in the road on my way to getting this off the ground. If the couple things that have popped up in the past 60 days is all that goes sideways I consider myself and this endeavor blessed.

Well guys, the fixtures work great, the programs are solid, and the wheel manufacturing has commenced. I am just dialing in feeds and speeds to maximize output without sacrificing quality or finish.

Not just yet in the pre-views. I am taking a little different road when it comes to the 2.2 beadlock market. I will post pics when quantities are at a level to meet demand.

Thanks for the interest by the way, it really is killing me not being able to post a million pics of what is going on in the shop

Guys, I've seen what's cooking over at the eritex shop.

I can't tell you what I've seen. (yet)

But what I can tell you is if you're planning on buying 2.2 wheels any time soon...

WAIT

I finally got the pictures up tonight, this is it....

The building with my Jeep sitting in front of it. No sign yet, but it is being made.....

A shot of my office from the entry. How cool is it to have toys on your desk and it be part of your job?

Now, down the hall past the conference and break room, the shop...

In this picture^ you can see the Renishaw probes red light through the door.

You can see JavelinSST390's Grimlin and my Plastic Fantastic taking a break on the bench. Also, in the for ground is 6 sets of 2.2 beadlocks fresh out of the Haas.

A really good look at the back of my Haas control. Thats were they hid the instructions. And according to all the warnings, this machine is going to maim and kill me

Getting ready to start on the black Delrin wheels. There are 80 blanks sitting in front of my rig ready to start milling after church tomorrow, well, I guess later today.

More pictures to come guys and gals, hope you enjoyed the little show

The last picture was taken from the bed of the Dodge. The Dodge is going away though, that thing eats to much gas and with Eritex I don't need something that size.

And thanks on the compliment.

Nice machine!

Trust me you're going to love that thing. We just got a Haas Super Minimill at work a few months back. We immediatly put a fourth axis on it and havn't looked back since (our two Bridgeports now sit idle). The controller is super friendly too, mopst of the time our machinists don't even bother with the CAD-CAM software and just program strait from my dwgs into G-code. Have fun with that bad-boy!
