i was on the highway and all of a sudden the 2 cars in front of us had their tires blow it was due to a 100lb chunk of aluminum!! we did not see it and it ended up bending 2 brand new rims a new dana 44 axle and tore apart 2 bushwacker fender flares it also bent the unibody on our xj so that is why you avoid hitting debris

I have to go slow because the suspension in my car is stiff enough to require a visit to the chiropractor.

Doesn't matter what you drive, speed bumps are put there for a reason....to slow people down.

Damn straight kwj, I'd like to put one accross my road, that way the rich folks in their bummers and escalades doing 60 in a 25 slow down, or break stuff.

....Not the same. 100lb chunk of aluminum, yeah I'd take evasive action to avoid that no matter what I was driving.

Not a half-pop-can-sized-rock.

Trust me, 60 mph, with the same platform as an H2. They either slow down or die.

best one i saw was a huge chunk (about a 2' cube) of what turned out to be Styrofoam sitting in the high-speed lane. a guy in a Tempo goes blowin' by looking at those of us in the other two lanes like "what's your problem?", then sees the foam too late, hits the skids and slams into it doing about 40.

Styrofoam everywhere. he pulled off and sat down, shaking like a heroin addict.
