I come to the conclusion that the best LHS is right here at your fingertips. All the info you need is right here on rccrawler.com and the crap you need to order is at Tower, building materials at Home Depot.

Yeah, you gotta wait a few days if you order online, but while you're waiting you might as well get the crap done that the Ol' Lady been harpin' on you about, soooooooooooooo, you can go crawlin' when you stuff shows up and she'll leave you alone.

LOL.

It works, trust me.

ROFLMAO at highmarks avatar!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to crawl over a pile of rocks with an rc plane once. The front of the plane stopped at the first one. The rest of the plane made it over though. We picked up the pieces and put them in a walmart bag afterwards. Much easier to load in the truck after that.

How to represent this hobby and soon to be sport is to do what I am doing.
You get off your butt and do something about it. I have been lukey to have gotten 40 hours of sleep this week getting this off the ground here in Washington state.
The time where I am is now 6:54am and I have been up doing this since 3:30am this morning.

I did this body this morning and made up some cards last night. The reason being is that the largest Jeep dealer in the state is hosting a meet and great for the PNWJepp.com crew. I sent an email and now I have a possible 300+ peaple exposser to this hobby in 1 WEEK!!!

Write this up in a how to, and maybe the RCRC guys will start coming out of the wood work.

Man I wish my LHS supported crawler stuff. Every time I bring in my truck they start to drool and ask all kinds of questions. They also don't understand what I see in going slow. They're not too bad, but they could be better.

My LHS is a hobby town. They think my Clod is cool, and they do understand crawling. They don't carry any crawler specific parts though. It's funny because one guy that works there is impressed every time he sees my Clod's articulation. :P

Put the transmiter in his hands and watch. He will start grinning more.

Thats what I did today, I loaded the PSD alittle with a fun rock pile and let them play. I had a hundred cards and what is left is 48, 52 peaple. Not bad for 3.5 hours work, and it wasn't work it was pleasure.
