Not a fan of the earlier 300Z's, but if it was in good or salvageable shape I wouldn't be a fan of it being crushed like this. But I have a tendency to preserve older cars.

A 300Z considered an older car ? . I would be all over saving 240,260 and maybe even a 280.... But a 300 is just another piece of plastic junk IMO.

~30 years old? Yeah, that's "older" in my book. I'm not a fan of the car, either (and much prefer the original Z's), but just cause it's not my gig doesn't mean I want to see it needlessly destroyed. Someone.....somewhere....is a fan of that car and likely could've or would've done something to rescue it.

But that's assuming it was salvageable to begin with. It could've been trashed prior to being crushed. In which case, this would be considered a viking funeral.

Touché, no disrespect to anybody that is into that car or any car from that era...I am just a crotchety old man reliving his childhood thru cars and most imports from that era are not my thing.
