Looks good and it will allow you to get the job done. Mainly just get ya away from the wife and kid(s) for awhile. I only have a 10x12 shed outback I work in for now. Mom just bought a house her recently and she has the exact same shed as i do, but hers looks brand new. She said she wants it torn down since she has the garage. So I will haul it over to my place and butt the 2 shed up together and just make 1 giant workshop. It should be 20x12' when I am done and I already ran power out to the workshop.I just won't have any windows in mine like yours. No one needs to peak in or have any more reason to try and break in

After that is built, I have a gigantic stack of the blue foam insulation from one of my job sites. I am gonna put those in between the studs to hopefully help keep my AC and heat in this year. I am tired of heating and cooling down half my city

Enjoy your new throne

Looks good Rob! I feel your pain. I went from a 25x20x12 two car garage ( which never had a "car" in it as my TRUCK didn't fit) w/ a large carport on the side. It had full power, air compressor, drill press, tv, stereo, phone, couch, mini fridge, and the most beautiful stainless steel tool box I have ever seen. Got married, sold everything, and moved to Missouri. Now I live in an apartment and a 4x6 folding table in my son's room is "my" work space. I can't wait until my wife finishes school and we can buy another house. In the mean time I am working on setting up a mobile work shop in my 12x6x6 enclosed trailer. But it's better than nothing!

You "let" me inherit a POS disaster!! I am not sure if WR built this thing, or his underpants gnomes did, but whoever did, really needs to spend a couple more minutes in a fab shop!!!

He-he.

Have fun. I was going to send the cash but he mentioned that you wanted it as well.

I figured I've got enough rigs around here for now.

Down to caulking and touch-up, and the exterior will be done!!

It will take a couple of paychecks before I can do too much with the interior. :-(

That sounds pretty girly! You must be an interior decorator!

Outside first, so there's something left of it when it rains for the first time.

Nah, I'd do the workspace first.

He already had the plastic covering.

WOW!!

Over a year later, this thing STILL isn't done!! But with better weather, and work actually not taking up my entire weekends, I have had some time to get the inside of the shop +/- 90% done. Actually, spring cleaning of the house forced me the finish it up. ;)

I will get some pics of the inside tomorrow after I do some cleaning up..........but today marked a major point in this shed/shop's life!!! Today, it got juice!! 60 amps worth of it actually, which may just be more power per square foot that any structure on earth..............but it is nice to be able to run whatever I want in there. Installed a wall heater after dinner tonight, so it was nice to get a little work done in there at 70*, while it was a chilly 36* outside.

It makes it's own light!!!!!

Well, the paint needs some touch-up, the outside needs caulking, and one stud cavity needs some insulation and luan, but other than that, the shed/shop is done!!! Well, phase one is done. Phase two will be building a covered structure off the side of it for lawnmowers and such.

I got a fridge in there, so drinks are cold. I can pickup my wifi from the house out there, so I got the internet. With any luck, my wireless satellite will reach out there, so I will have TV. To be honest, if I stuck a porta-jon out there, I may only come inside the house to bath, sleep, and eat!!!
