We've had a group going about that long too. I remember when it started becoming more popular and looked like a damn parking lot on some holidays. Its a great place for all kinds of skill levels.

I think I will be out there the day after thanksgiving on Columbia Rd. Off of 395 No bike though, Just my Jeep. Haven't actually ridden there (or anywhere) in at least 2 years.

It can be pretty flat. But there is a lot of fun riding to be had.

Right on We did the samething 5 years ago when Colton got the XR50 for Xmas...was SOOO hard to keep it a secret. I ended up stuffing it up in the rafters in the garage on a sheet of plywood covered with a tarp, good thing he wasn't a curious at 4 as he is now

My driving record has gone from spotless to hammered in about 2 years. By far the most fun Ive ever had on a bike. You get on it knowing you're going to do stupid chit. The best part is handing the sport bike guys their ass in the twisties....

Heres one of the local guys I ride with in San Francisco.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYu7DQn5vAI

We usually truck our bikes over there and turn it into a urban playground for the day. So many places to jump like that its crazy

I started that video thinking "What a bunch of asshol.... Oh shit, that's kind of cool."

But, I can see you're all working hard to uphold those statistics.

I love it...I went from a 250f to a 450f to this and this is just so easy to ride...Maintenance is just like any other bike basically...I change the oil every 4hours, air filter and valve check after every ride...I like to tinker so im fine with it...But I love it

Sorry not looking to adopt anytime soon

Yup...all you have to do is take the valve cover off and use your feeler gauges to check the clearances... It take 5 mins and good insurance...if they don't fall in spec, add the proper shim and your off...

Good extension on the no hander! Did he pull the no hander lander? Kid has bigger nads than me, I can't seem to let go of the bars when I have air under me (not on purpose anyways). I usually let go when the bike and me hit the ground!!

He put his hands back on the bars before he landed. I was shocked that he was trying it, he never tried it before and this pic is from his 3rd attempt. He was landing them clean for not getting that much air, but he got his hands back in time to land.

I asked him "What made you try a no hander"
He said "I just got bored with the jump"
