Well let's see. Just sold the wife's Tahoe and bought her a MDX. I drive a 91' Mustang GT vert half the week and a 92' YJ the other half the week. The Mustang is of course a 5.0, 5 speed sittin' on 17x9's in the front and 17x10.5's in the rear. Upgrades include, electric fan, Edelbrock 70mm throttle body spacer and throttle body, and 95 amp altenator upgrade. Still has 3:08 gears and gets 22mpg at best with 186k miles on her The Jeep is a beastly 2.5L with a AX15 conversion tranny behind it, sittin' on 15x10 Rockcrawlers with 33x12.50 BFG AT's with aFull Traction Bolt on Spring over lift kit on it and Highjacker shocks. Added a electric fan to it to get rid of the extra 5 lbs. of inertia on the front of the motor and it has a 130 amp altenator with a Optima Red top battery. The MDX is pretty much your standard Acura except I just added 18x8's and 18x10's on it. The wife is now blingin' . It look mean and wide from behind. I just put them on so I don't have pics of it yet with the wheels on it but here is a pic of the MDX and another of the wheels. |
