Default I'm Disappointed with Punk RC's Service...or Lack of Service

I got a dig switch from him in mid December, used it for a few weeks and had the white wire from the servo wire come disconnected from the board so I reattached it. Afterward the green LED would light up but it would not switch to front or rear dig. I sent him an email asking if I could send it in to get repaired (which I offered to pay for) or if he had another in stock so I could just buy a new one. I've sent him 1 email a week for the past 3 weeks and have not gotten a response from him at all. Is this how he usually handles things? Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will probably avoid doing any business with him in the future.

I dont know him, and have never had any dealings with him. From what I read on RCC, this company has about the worst customer service Ive seen on here. But then again, most people only post about having trouble and not about good service. So there may be more that are happy.

Had this same issue a couple of months ago, i called him once, left a message he called me back and i missed it. About an hour later i noticed i missed it and tried calling him back with no answer. Did this every 3 days for about 2 weeks until after nearly a month from when i placed my order my punk dig finally showed up. I have never had this issue before with him, but never the less it was irritating. I was alot more patient than some people with my order because of the great service he had given me before. About 1.5 years ago i ordered a punk dig and about 6 months later it had issues i called him up and he shipped me a new with postage to ship the old one back (much more than i was thinking). About 4 months later i received my old punk dig and it was fixed. That is incredible customer service so when i had the issue with my last order i was much more patient.

I've heard nothing good on dealing with him direct.

I know for a fact CKRC has the punk dig's on the shelf. So possibly going through a vendor you can get better service vs. dealing with his personal issues.

I wish he would sell his design to JRH. I fear the day my punk dig gives up the ghost.

Post it up man. I'm sure we'd all like to have another viable option.
Lets see some pics and specs in the electronics thread.

I've paid for a 3ch Dig unit from Australia about a month ago. I've been basically forced by paypal's terms/conditions to now open up a dispute as the item has not arrived, and i'm not wearing $$$ On punk rc's website, it says the order is being processed, but not sent or anything similair. I have emailed directly via website and 2 emails via paypal to ask if item has shipped. No response! I dont' want to start a shit fight, I just want the dig unit so i can trick up my XR10....fun fun fun...Anyway its very boring waiting 4 weeks to have nothing arrive in the mail I must say...Also nothing has ever taken this long to arrive from anywhere, so its either stuck in the mail, or as the punk rc website suggests, the order is being processed!! ARrhhhh!!

I`ve emailed Punk RC a few times to get some info with no luck.
I also live in Oz and wanted one sent out.
I can`t even see where to order one on the site,no buy button.
I hope your unit turned up ok mate.
