Seems as though more and more banks and financial institutions (cough) are using the "oh, we didn't know that the lawyer handling our claims went out of business" tactic.

Really?! To me, that sums it all up right there; these people are either lying or completely incompetent, and either way it makes them 100% unfit to handle money.

I've never liked and will never do business with Bank of America, because of how they hand out credit cards to people with no social security number.

Banks aren't the only businesses in this country that need a taste of their own medicine, but it's sure good to see them standing on their own hose. Goldman Sacks is one I'd like to see get what they deserve, those crooked bastards.

A community bank. As soon as the one near me opens up, I'm giving BofA a big fat .

Right on

I've been with my local/community bank for almost 23 years and they have been outstanding.

They hold our mortgage, and before we even sat down with anyone the loan officer informed us that they never sell their loans to other financial institutions.

Eight years into a fifteen and we're still there.
