Default RC4WD issue

this is a shout out to rc4wd.

I bought a set of wraith axle shafts and within 10 seconds of driving on dirt one exploded where the shaft meets the ball for the dog bone. I emailed them and they asked for my order number and a picture which i promptly sent and i have heard nothing. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times since then and still no responses. I was polite in my emails, i didn't want to tick anyone off over a stupid rc part but i feel that this might be a faulty part (it does happen) and i wanted a replacement. Anyone have a way to contact them by phone. or maybe point them in the direction of this post...?

I would like to take care of this out of the public eye, so rc4wd if you see this please PM me

RC4WD also has their own Vendor Section here on RCC.

Vendors - RC4WD at RCCrawler.com

This might be a better way of contacting them instead of Chit Chat.

Be patient. They have been great to work with for my project at Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center. I work as a Red Cross volunteer with combat amputees using RC helicopters as occupational therapy. Tom at RC4WD has been quite generous and accommodating. They distribute a device called iPhly which converts an iPhone into a controller for RC cars or small planes and helicopters. Cool stuff! Check out the link...
