Default Snowmobile guys

So I started my sled up and itll idle around 2000 rpm but I let it sit and it dies. Ive sinked the carbs and do everything to make the 3 carbs the same. What did I do wrong?
by the way i got a 1995 Polaris XCR 600

When it's about to die will it perk up if you pull the choke? Probably need to tweak the air screws or adjust the idle a little higher.

Could be a clogged pilot circuit.
Will it run on choke, but die when the choke is turned off?

Triple carbs, triple the problems!JK...Did you thoroughly clean them?Probably a clogged circuit.Did the sled run ok last season?I use Stabil in my sleds and bike and it really seems to help during storage. Also if you had the carbs off make sure the carb boots are full seated, could be an air leak.I just picked up a 05 Ski Doo Renegade and am praying for snow.Any snow by you?

Make sure floats are all where they need to be and nothings sticking on you. I had a 96 xcr and finally sold the pos because of constant carb issues. lol. Such a fun sled though when running good...rare but fun!!!

P.s. Also spray some wd40 around the boots like above poster mentioned and if it revs up you will know its leaking.

It dies when the choke is pulled and the choke cables have play in them so they dont stick open

I go to this thing called UTC or vocational school and take out door power(small engines) and I brought it in. Cleaned the carbs one by one.Parts washer and then ultra sonic cleaner uses sonic pulses to clean EVERY pit off or dried old gas off. Brought it outside and put it on a stand, started it and used a sink tool and made sure when i touched the throttle each throttle valve moved and messed with the air screws and idle screws and had my teacher right there helpin me do it all and yea we just got bout 2.5 inches and rode my sled, dads, and moms around the yard

Buy a new one. It's a 1995 triple for Pete's sake. Coolest sounding motor, triple cylinder with triple pipes. Good luck.
