Is it the problem of pinion gears in the diff bag instead of the spider gears?

Not in my kit. Ran mine around a little and it wasn't anything obvious like that.

yes on another forum they were talking about wrong gears placed into kit. the 13 tooth gear had wrong center.suppose to be slot with round edges and ones in kit are reported to be round centers. i just picked my exo up on tuesday night and grabbed a set of extra gears P# AXI 30390(may also be listed as ax 30390) i live in canada. im out of town till tomorrow night and am 2.5 hrs away from hobby shop so didnt want to take a chance i had wrong gears.

No, but it is where this company is located. You'd think that they would at least want to check out their outsourced, finished product before distributing all over the world.....but I guess not.

I thought the US was broke? Maybe that's why we're able to get the EXOs before you guys, they know you don't have any money

They're letting the Canuckleheads find the bugs before they release it to the important markets

I can't believe Axial is admitting a mistake. They usually just bury their head in the sand until VP jumps up and fixes things for them. I guess this is a new leaf they are turning over.

Likely they follow the easy method, check prototypes and pack out samples. Then you sit and hope its right and check a few first boxes. So many companies get lazy and do this, but lets be honest it would make the kits outrageous if they sent a full time quality member from Axial there.

I love VP good parts. It's just sad they are such an almost mandatory step for Axial kits anymore. As much as the old AX10 isn't comp ready anymore...their quality and durability stock has taken a significant back seat to demand and design.

Good luck to them fixing the issue and I'm sure they'll take care of everyone ASAP. Even if that means a full shut down of shipments and building kits to repair existing kits that need help.
