Yep - have lots to spare. Working on a plan to get some rocks up to them. Looks like they may make a road trip next month to get some.

later,

ETC!

Just head out to the White ****ty Ponds where Trail Tough and that HS kid built that rock crawling area last fall. I have been meaning to get back down to Medford/Ashland area but haven't yet. Last time I was in Ashland I crawled Lithia Park, good times. I used to live in Ashland.....

Double J,

I wish I already knew that, I could of helped desighn it, I have a way easy idea for a killer comp site man made.

I already have plans for a RC crawling park in a future ORV park opening up in 08 here in western WA.

tell them to email me if you want warcrc@hotmail.com

my name is Doug Todd.

the stuff we have been crawling on at our comps is pretty extreme.

I also have 20 years of wheeling under my belt, so I know a thing or too.

Dude;
Well I just got into rock crawling around December 05, and started getting parts for my clod. I started the RC crawling because of an idea for a 1:1 rig set up I had, thought I would try it on a smaller scale. Then started the Vertical Smile and some tuber builds and a sh1t load of other projects for other people. In short I have 2 jobs 4 kids and projects coming out my as5. This is why I haven't been to any comps.

4 seasons said that they had a guy that go's to comps helping build it (haven't met him yet, they said his name is Jason?). It's small at this point but I've been getting them a bunch of rock to help make it more of a comp site at least I'm hoping. You should come down from Redmond and give them some pointers on how to improve it. And I'll give them your email as well.

When I found out that they were building it, I thought it would be a good spot to try and get the Oregon and Washington guys together it would be a good middle point for both areas; at least for the Portland area guys.
Portland is about hour and 45 minutes and Redmond is on like an hour + from Oly. And I would be able to squize time in to run on the rocks, since it's hard for me to travel at this time.

Is WARCCA a part of USRCCA? I didn't see a link on the USRCCA site.

I know the owners there from racing, I don't know who jason is. I wonder what comps he went to?

I will call and make sure they don't let someone advise them to put something lame in, It would be a great spot to hold a few comps, If the corse is worthy..

I just got off the phone with them, they want to do it right, so we will be checkin in on how things go and helping with design, it sounds like they have not seen a super class truck, so at the first chance we have open, we will make a trip down to test what they have and advise from there.

Any and all of you guys down there are wecome to call me or Dude about comps. 4-seasons has my number, just ask for it..

This is a good idea, I can make it so all levels of crawlers will have a good time, and yes, WARCRC will hold comps there if it all comes together.

I know how 1:1 man made courses are made and can do it on a small scale.

but with natural rock included.
