its hard to see in the vid if he has a clear line of site or not but with heavy equipment its commen to have a spotter using hand signals.

I was going to say the same thing. The cameraman had to be signaling him. Even if he could see the coin there's no way he would be able to tell when he was directly over the bottle. I will also have to try this on Monday. We use the small toyotas where I work so it may be possible without a spotter. We shall see.

Same here on the coin pickup/flip, got that part covered. Had a couple free lunches from that trick, but thats on little 60's and 80's. Kudos to that guy on that size beast.

I'm no forklift driver, but it looks to me like he was using the fork itself to find the edge of the bottle. He did it twice, once when he was bouncing the fork to move the coin to the edge (1:47), and again right before he dropped it (1:54).
