Default Tips for beating depression

I like to light a bottle rocket as soon as I wake up.. Don't even get out of bed. Just light one and ask questions later.

Another one is going to the strip club and getting $500 in $1 bills and walking out.

I also use drive throughs in reverse.. The key to this one is staying calm like you've been doing it all your life.

Pretty basic chit so I'm looking for more ideas..

Take a dump in your dogs bed. Turning the tables is a guaranteed pick-me-up.

Sometimes I'll stand on the corner during rain storms and offer to wash peoples cars for free. Giving makes everyone feel better.

If I'm feeling particularly spry, I'll grab a fat guys coat and reenact the "fat guy in a little coat" scene from Tommy Boy, but with a twist. Humor always brightens my day.

I like to play gears of war. Work in the yard and stare at the stars at night after the kids are in the bed. Sometimes I call myself a wussy for being and sometimes it works, sometimes it don't.

How is that supposed to work? Does making someone that feels bad, worse, actually make them feel better?

But now I feel better...refreshed even. If my day wasn't already over, I'd feel like I could have taken it on! Thanks, jerk face!

ride in an elevator:

With your back to the door and looking at all the other people.
Doing Jumping Jacks while others look on.
Sing along with the elevator music, even if you have to make them up you just have to belive.

Dutch oven first thing in the am for the wife, bonus if the kids snuck in bed with you.

During the day I'll tinker in the garage, or a bike ride with my girls. I also grow veggies and whatnot and cook.

Another fun one is going to a restaurant and say it's my birthday. Even if I'm by myself. Mexicans will add a cha cha cha and that always makes me smile.

Thanks guys lol. I have a.d.d. and sometimes leave words out of my sentences. I meant to modify it.
I was trying to say that I call myself a wussy for being depressed in a sarcastic way..sorta like joking with myself. I'm not a wuss in any way..ok ants freak me out but if I cam joke with myself with how I feel and not forget why I feel the way I feel, it reminds me to be stronger and its not the end of world and things always gets better.
Hope that makes sense, I'm not good at explaining things sometimes.

After severely getting whooped at local rc comps, I will go to "dollar tree", buy a dollar 8"x10" picture frame then proceed to go home an print a 1st place certificate, frame it, then hang it up above my rc table... After a couple of weeks of looking at it, I begin thinking that I actually won a comp, love it!

I also watch "kick boxer" with Van Damme, te acting is so horrible you are guaranteed to feel better, but at the same time you can't stop watching once you have started and find ourself on foot, jumping and cheering for him to beat Tong Po and the last fight... Works every time

When I'm feeling glum, I like to try and catch farts in a bottle!
It's a lot of fun and very challenging... plus, it has the added bonus of having a farts around for when you may really need it.
It can get a little dangerous if you play with other people. Some of them get a little hostel if they catch you following them with a bottle back there. It's totally worth it if you catch the farts though.

This works BTW. When Im depressed I go to the basement, work on my RCs, "get my mind right " and drink a cup of extremely strong coffee. That or burn something. You cant start a fire and not smile at least once.
