Default CKRC slow or service non-existence?

I ve ordered the whole Vanquish currie axles set with 8degree chubs and knuckles plus titanium link set worth over 500dollars. That was about 2 days ago. My payment via paypal was done, got order confirmation but then there was silence...wrote 2 mails asking when i can expect the package to be shipped since it ll take a week to arrive in europe and i wanna get my rig done for a show.

Do you think they would take the time to answer my mails?-no! I even asked if they were waiting for any parts etc... When i ordered their website showed that everything was in stock!

Unfortunately rpphobby.com didnt have all the parts in stock and thats why i bought from ckrc. I should ve just waited and buy from rpp hobby again since i ve always been happy with their great service and fast shipping.

Anyone had bad experience with CKRC before?

Thats crappy news...what i dont understand is that they were quick to refund back my money the first time because my billing address didnt match my shipping address(i wanted it to be delivered in my office) but since i changed my billing address to match my delivery address...then there was silence.

The list of those who haven't had a bad experience with them would probably be shorter.

Bummer man.
When I first got on here I found that site & thought about using them, I saw some ambiguity on here (some defenders & some haters) so I waited a bit.
Now that RCC edits their name to **** I had to assume they are not a place to send my business.
Hopefully you will post back in a bit pics of your new axles & all will be well, I am holding hope for ya.
Good luck sir.

If it is C.K.R.C., then I have not had any troubles with them. Had numerous orders and they actually called me on a large order because some parts were from a supplier and would not make my order by the stated ship date. I've made numerous orders both large and small and not had any issues. They are good in my book (for now).
If it is RC 4WD, then I can understand the slowness or non-existent service. They don;t seem to have a direct line that works and email response can take a couple days. but overall ordering parts seemed to go smooth for me. They are ok in my book (for now).

Did you try Crawler Innovations? They are a vendor for VP.

PM or email him, he might have stock that is not listed on his site...

I ordered a set of their own brand of driveshafts, which are similar to MIP'S, for my Wraith. Well, I ended up losing a pin, which in turn caused me to lose a barrel nut. Useless without that, right? So no big deal, just get a replacement part, right? WRONG! I emailed them asking if I could get those individual components replaced - I would pay for them. They said they don't replace the individual parts; I would have to get a new pair of complete driveshafts!! Fawk that!! I couldn't believe it. I got MIP'S from RPP. No more business from me. Another time I ordered from them, a part that was in stock when I placed my order was refunded because it was now not in stock. That put a build on hold while I again ordered a part from RPP.....

Wow. 5 days and only one response after having to cancel a order, switch your order information and then place another order. Im going to go out on a limb here and say that IMHO, you may have jumped the gun here. I can think of a few places with a better reputation that would take 4 times as long for shipping. Especially if you had to change information and orders.

I have placed ALOT of orders thru them (****), and will not hesitate to order from them again. They've always done right by me, and if something is out of stock he calls to let me know or sends a email. Thats just my opinion for what its worth. I hope everything works out for you in the end sir .
