Signed. I went through the eminent domain process with the state of Oregon a few years ago for my house. It is not a fun process, but in the end I feel I was fairly compensated. Hopefully the state does better for him, I had to throw a few fits and threaten to get the city involved until my "Agent" (ODOT employee) realized I wasn't going quietly.

I read what they were trying to do and what Mike's has done for the community and flipped my lid. What a great group of people here, appreciate all of you throwing your hat in the ring on this. |
