Default Galaxy Mega uploading to RCC issue

Bought a like new sgh-i527 frim a friend for $100. Normally I'm pretty stoked about these kind of purchases because it allows me to sell my old phone for a nice profi .

Everything was going great until I tried to attach a pic.
I can click Upload and upload a camera pic, video, voice recording, and one other option but it doesn't include pics stored on my device.

Restarted my device. Same proble .
Thought it was a memory card issue so stored pics to phone and removed it. Same problem.
Restarted. Same problem.
Went through settings in the picture folder itself and nothing is out ofor the ordinary.
Went through device settings. Can't see anything funny.
Reinstalled the operating system. Same issue.

It's a nice phone but it's almost useless without a proper working rcc.

Got any suggestions? Getting a new phone isn't a option.

Photobucket. Upload pics to photobucket, copy and paste the IMG code thingy, and submit reply. That's the only thing I can think of. They also have a photobucket app.

Edit: Damn it white trash, you beat me to it.

Ahh you didn't mention that you were using chrome... I've tried chrome and firefox's mobile version and found they both sucked compared to the stock samsung browser. It's just simple and it works. That's saying something since I'm a firefox fan boy.

No. The signatures ruined it for me.

Love this phone by the way.
Crystal clear speakers and hearing piece compared to my note 3.
HUGE screen at 6.3 inches
Factory modem sucked but it's fixable after a quick flash.
Games like Clash Of Clans require me to zoom in at startup
And it's not too awkward in my pocket.

Got 4 batteries in the mail including a 10k mah for work.

When you click on add attachments, then upload, the documents folder brings up the pictures on my mega.
Thats on chrome not the browser.

Went back to a older version and documents now pops up.

Not sure what's going on but I'm glad to be back to using Chrome. Its faster when I'm using edge. Work is in a dead zone so anything helps.

Problem solved.

Dropped the phone roughly 24 inches from the basement floor. Shattered screen and 2/3 of the screen isnt responsive.

So glad I bought this used. /sarcasm
