Default Pearl Harbor Day

Not a single reference to this sad day in our history. My heart goes out to those that perished in the attack and in their involvement in the following war and to those that survived.

So many lives lost that day, very sad. Huge thanks to anyone that has ever served, and given so selflessly so that we may have the freedoms that we enjoy and take for granted.

It's unbelievable what the few have been through in service of the many.

I was watching History channel this morning before work, and they played out the whole attack, and then went into the mistakes that were overlooked prior to the attack. I remember doing a 30 pg essay in high school about the 24hrs before, and the day of December 7, 1941.

I visited this place, talked with a survivor when I was there. A somber reminder to say the least. Every American should see this, and the Vietnam wall.

My respect to any and all veterans. Both my grandfathers were in the airforce during WW11..one flew Lancasters over Germany..neither would talk much about their time.
