well thankfully my parents are still healthy and alive my mom told me in times like this I need to climb in his lap and let him deal with it as of now yes theres alot of questions and I am empty but im trying to do what she said an I feel angry that im not as mad as I should be I really dont understand why im assuming its because im taking her advice

Everyone deals with death in their own way. There is no set pattern to the cycle of emotions that we go through when something like this happens. You will feel what you feel when you feel it.

I have no idea what to say to be honest. But I'm very sorry for your loss, and will keep you and your kids in my thoughts and prayers. I cannot imagine what you guys are going through right now.

I am sorry for your loss.
I know that things are hard right now.
and things are easier said than done.
but there are a few things that I would ask you to keep in mind,
and maybe it will help the rest fall in to place,,,,,
and the first thing is do not forget to take care of your self,
you need to take care of your self so you can take care of your children,
and if you cant do that for your self ,,,do it for your children knowing that at this time that is one of the things she would want right now.
also something you should try to keep in mind is that she wants you and your little ones to make it though this difficult time and not only to make
it through but to be ok and have a happy life .
for yourself , for the children, for her, take care of yourself.

Just saw this thread man. So sorry to hear about your loss. I have never been in you shoes but close. These guys have all said the best things that can be said. Take care of yourself so that you can take care of your kiddos man. If there's anything you need (as mentioned by previous posters) We're all ears and will do what we can. Thoughts and prayers man. I just read this last night at work,,and it stunned me. I really don't know what to say, but really need to. First I am truly sorry for your loss. Your children will really need to depend on you from here on out, and in some way will help you get through this. I am not in your shoes, and can't even imagine your pain. I know you probably feel alone at times......but your not. Your friends and family will be by your side. And most likely there will be times when you feel you can handle it and don't need their help.......let them help. May god bless you and your children through these tough times.
