Lil' update. Still eating vegan + chicken. Veggie burgers are pretty good, as are egg substitue Mexican omlets. Turkey burgers are out. Lots of salad because I'm a shitty/lazy cook. Whether or not I can eat a particular item is usually determined 30 minutes after ingesting it. Lost about 8 lbs, which I kinda needed to do anyway, but not much more. But I probably will. Gotta stick with it at least until I see the Dr on the 10th.
