Default RC4WD Issues

DISCLAIMER! NOT SURE IF A LHS OR RC4WD PROBLEM!

I don't know if this the correct place for this but here we go. I've purchased a few RC4WD products and have been less than satisfied. First was a led light bar that a few leds didn't work at first then the rest didn't shortly after (after driving around the basement). Next was wireless winch. That quit shortly after the led light bar, this was fixed with the help of lhs, antenna wire was not soldered properly. Third was the two speed transmission (for scx10), bent input shaft. My lhs has said they have called about all the issues but no answer to a solution to these problems, except the bent input shaft, which they are aware of and will send a replacement shaft when available. But they are still selling these transmissions. This is a total of close to $500 worth of stuff that doesn't work, sorry, almost works. So, long story short, if anyone from RC4WD reads this can you please help me resolve these issues?

Why don't you yet their customer support email instead of having the lhs do everything?

I bought a stubby bumper and the coating on the bumper just started peeling off

Yeah, the coating on there stuff is not good. I bought a Boyer Truggy chassis that the front half of the truck is almost coating free now. Other than that I haven't had any problems.

Ive always been satisfied with rc4wd customer support, they sent me two new speed controls when my new ones burned out. And as a bonus, they send you the replacements with free and fast shipping

Rc4wd has always been good to me besides processing times and someone trying to answer a tech question when they shouldn't have been.

Nice to see that....I had issues in the past with a TF2, couldn't get anybody to respond to me. May have been my attitude

I don't know about you but somebody yelling in my face certainly doesn't make me want to help them--just sayin...

While I do agree that someone yelling in our face will be demotivating, but business and personal emotions should not interfere.
Business is like a child that we nurture and customers are the most important part of it. As a business owner, one needs to take up that 'daddy' position.

Wow, didn't want to imply that I yelled at the rep...I only expected to get what I paid for...which I did not, nor did I ever get it resolved. When I recieved my TF2 kit, I only had 3 shocks...not 4. The customer service rep (a female) did not believe me, and accused me of trying to get something for nothing when I wanted my missing shock.

What I meant by "attitude" was maybe I should have copped a more aggressive approach to fixing my issue. My build required a different set of shocks for the rear anyway....I gave up on trying to resolve the issue with RC4wd, short of getting mad....just never ordered anything from them again.

Customer service is a hard nut for anyone, I don't envy their job and have never abused them, not RC4wd or anyone else I've dealt with. But, she was fully aware of my frustration and dissatisfaction with the product packaging and QC.

I never once raised my voice

I've had my share of faulty products from rc3wd, and it pissed me off to no end that the product was delivered to me in a defective condition, but it always got taken care of. I've even had some torn beads on 2.2 rokloks that I sent a pic of, just inquiring if it was normal, and was sent a new SET of tires. They will respond and take care of issues.

I bought mojave body from rc4wd and it came with scratched windshield. I noticed that after it has passed the warranty period of 30 days, when I finished building chasis for it and wanted to start building a body.
I did not know about warranty period (nothing about that on invoice and nothing about that in manual).
RC4WD rafused to send me new one... "Sorry it has passed the warranty period of 30 days."
I think they should fix their mistake regardles of that. It is faulty product and it is unused!
Dissapointed.
