|  Supershafty customer service
Has anyone had problems with customer service? I have sent them emails starting on the 15th I also posted on Facebook with a reply of them wanting to get started and then nothing. I do realize life work and other things get in the way. I just need them to get back in contact with me.

I've yet to make a purchase with SuperShafty. But, every email with a question I've had for them, they have answered rather timely. On the other hand, there is one vendor in particular that I have to buy something from him and include in the PayPal message, "Hey check your mail." Any time I've had an issue (like when I forgot to include something in an order durrr) I've pm'D mjderstine and he's taken care of it nearly immediately.
