i had an original hot shot as well. i wasn't too impressed with the monoshock set-up, or how there wasn't quick access to the electronics. i think they addressed that with the hotshot 2.

Sweet! Looks like I need more shelves. Funny thing is, I have been scouting out for a Hotshot on the 'Bay. So far the only Re-re's I don't have are the Pumpkin, Frog and Lunchbox.

| yes, with tamiya doing all these re-releases i'd say the feasability of a re-bruiser is more possible than ever. even if they have to retool the truck, look at all the money theyr making from other re's with original molds!

Was the Hotshot sweet, and then the Optima came out? It's too long ago to clearly remember how it all went down. |

The Avante was very technologically advanced on paper, but on the track, it didn't deliver what the racer's wanted.

I Just saw the the news. I can't wait to get my hands on the Hot Shot and finally get to build one with out shelling out $850 on a mib. Now the question is how long before they actually make to the LHS??
