I don't give a damn about the deer, but I'm not going to plow one and be without my truck till I can fix it if I can avoid it, if you're following too close, and manage to hit that piece of 5x2 .250 wall tube I call a rear bumper, too bad. My front bumper could take the hit, sure, it's my grille, hood, fenders, headlights, turnsignals etc... that I'm worried about. And yes, a deer will bend sheetmetal, my buddy smacked a fawn/yearling at 55 and destroyed his drivers side fender, along with the headlight, and knocking out the grille (which was fine, till someone ran over it).

Please remember the deer were here before the roads and cars were. So they have the right of way. |

Anybody ever seen a deer actually crossing the road at one of those deer crossing road signs? Can't those dumb deer use the cross walks like everyone else?! |
