Not with the stock rubber on it. I'll bet it would be pretty slow considering the fact that you couldn't get it to hook. Not saying the MPH would be down a ton but the E.T. would compared to a better setup.

ex: My buddy has a 64 Nova that can't beat my 63 Impala wagon. He is running a 400hp 327 at 2600lb and can't hook. Runs 13.45 at 114 mph. I run a 450hp 350 at 4700lb pleanty of traction, 13.30 at 107.
