Man - that Chrysler 8.25" looks like hell! So was the whole carrier destroyed? How about the pinoin and ring gear? The reason your axle shaft came out is because you broke a c-clip.... I only see one in your pile of part. You can easily get a whole new axle out of a Cherokee or Comanche or the same years.

Luckily you didn't get hurt!

Hey, that could work for the offroaders and the lowrider guys. Loan the lowrider guys your 14bolt, they scrape sparks up and down the road, free axle shave job. Everyone wins.

I didn't know about the 44, time to pry myself away from RCC and hit up pirate some.

Am I the only one in complete shock of the amount of rust on that thing? Seriously.... WTF is up with the rust? You say that you want to make something out of that pile of rust? At the first bump it'll crumble into pieces.

Dang, really? My '67 Chevelle has zero rust and it's been driven a lot, okay only about 100K miles but it has no rust. Must be where you all live. Sucks to be there

When I shut the door in the old truck we had, It would leave a pile of rust in the middle of the road. One day it turned into a lowrider by itself, we were able to ride it home on the rear axle scraping the rear bumper the whole time.

Sorta kills the resell value a bit 'eh? Living in those areas basicly force you to purchase a new car every, what... 5 years before it turns into a pile of rust.
