I was so glad to see everyone had a good time. Our next comp will be off -site again, and I would like to hear some suggestions. PM either Mica or myself with your ideas soon so we can have time to figure out where it will be and get all necesary permissions in order. I'd personally like to get out of town, get up in the hills, but that may limit the number of people that'll be able to make it. So let one of us know your ideas so we have a few more places to consider.

Coal Creek isn't too far, Buffalo Creek and Palmer are always awesome.

palmer would be awesome, I have a benefit dinner to attend on the 30th for my sister who has ovarian cancer so if it is at all possible to have it at palmer I would greatly appreciate it.

as much as i would like to drive 200 miles for a hobby town comp, i will not be attending if its that far away. I could handle coal creek, But Palmer is out of my interest range. At least on a work day

Ya, palmer would be too far for most. I was thinking about coal creek as well would be close enough and good for most. but mica is out scoping some new spots today that are pretty close to HT so I will keep you all posted.

I like westy simply because of its location.

I was really pissed actually to see the CORCC comp in buffalo creek this weekend.

I want to crawl as much as I can.

But I work 6 days a week, so the one day I have off, waking up @ 6am to drive 90minutes, to comp for 90mins and drive back isnt worth it.

I know I am one of the farther away people,

But the Denver westminister, broomfield, arvada, whatridge, lakewood is close to most, and half way between us northern boys and the southern guys.

keep it in there please?

Palmer was just a sugestion, I really enjoy the hobbytown comps, other then these comps and the upcoming colorado series I dont ever have a chance or time to crawl. I will try and make the upcoming comp but just depending on location I will just have to leave early so I can make it back in time for my sister's benefit dinner. So I will just keep checking back to see what location is decided upon.

Not really a matter of manning up... I man up at my job that requires me 50-60hrs a week.

If I had more time, id do nothing else.

Didnt know that having 1 day off a week is a lack of "commitment" to the hobby.

Apparently I am the only 1 with an issue so forget i said anything.

beezlebob, buddy, dont take it personally. we all like having ya around for comps and I am sure I can speak for evryone that the manning up thing was just a friendly razzing. nothing more. it sucks if you wont be able to make it bro, hopefully you can make it. we are looking into an area local. we just wanna make it as fun as possible for everyone. If you know of any good spots in the areas around here, please call me to let me know. you got my number.

The 4th comp of this series will be held at Riverdale park in Thornton on October 30th at 10am!

This is an old school RCC comp spot that I haven't been to since 2005

Same format as in winners take home the winnings

Here's a link to comp spot: Crawlerado Crawling Atlas

When we're done there we can then go to Dan's
