I've had a few questions recently from people asking why they aren't in the standings.

Standing points are tracked for people who entered the series to have a shot at qualifying for the crawl off and a chance at the 2 Nats spots that Colorado receives each year. This goes to the top 5 drivers in the series. We then have a "crawl off" vs the Grand Juntion clubs top 5 for the 2 spots at Nats.

You do claim the points at each comp for the position you place in but it just doesn't get carried over to the standings. So if you're curious about where you would be you could just add up your points from each comp and compare. All scores for the comps are in the Comp results thread that Patrick started in the competitions section of the forum.

I live 5 minutes from the Red Rocks course in CO. No matter where you live in the world make the trek here, Its worth it, Some of the greatest crawling terrain ever. Most of the Red Rocks here you are fined for walking on, But this place is the exception. Please respect the land as it is a prevlige they allow us to crawl and compete there. Just look out where your walking I have run into Rattle Snakes there. (No Kidding) - New here to RC Crawlers and like what I see. Keep On Keeping On.

I'm sure Ty will chime in here....but I hope you know that Red Rocks by the school were we comp at is Private land and only open to crawling when the proper permissions have been obtained. Failure to follow these rules could cause us to lose that place.
