Default Removing Ads

I didn't see it under the benefits of buying a star, but are the google/banner ads removed when logged in upon a star purchase? If not I think it would be a good idea.

The google ads are still there for me, the row of text ads just under "Home, User CP, Forum Rules, etc"

Yes, Google ads are still there. I'm on my phone but it's running the full site, not a mobile version or anything. I always assumed they were supposed to stay there even if you got a star.

Same for me. Under the Home, User CP, Forum Rules, FAQ, et al.

And at the bottom. Pretty sure that's normal, as it's a Google related forum.
