I live in central Arizona and we found an abandoned rock quarry and are having "run what ya brung" type races there march 2.
I have a wraith with a "souped up motor"
and in looking at the pics on this page.
our event is right up these rigs alley.
i'll attach some photos of my rig and of the venue and if anyone has further interest, advise and i'll fill ya in......db

I just finished mine.
It would have been nice to have had all the info in one spot.
I might do a rebuild thread when I get around to building a custom chassis.

I was thinking it would be nice to just have the ifs builds that are in the Wraith section compiled and linked in a sticky. So all the tech is easier to get to.

Even if it was just a sub section in the Wraith section to start with. It would be a start. Then it's to get all the threads moved to that section also.

Count me in. I picked up an exo awhile back thats destined to receive an ar60 rear axle. Problem is there is no place to put it that it would fit other than general crawlers.

As much as I hate cluttered forums an "other" section would be useful. A place for class 4, sportsman etc. As is all the different type of builds are spread throughout the forum with little rhyme or reason. Where do you put a wrexo, an ar60 axled scx, ar60 axled sportsman class rig or even a stock exo?

edit from above....

After looking thru the first page of the 2.2 section this morning, it seems 4/5 of the builds are ultra4-ish with a decent showing for the southern buggys. Also saw like two class 3's.

sub-section(s) does have a nice ring to it...

So I've been trying to think more on this.

I think, a subsection in the Wraith section for IFS would work as that's an easy thing to figure out.

However, an IFS section in the scale area really doesn't seem like a good idea. It'll get flooded with a bunch of twin hammer guys who think it's the popular place to post.

Same thing could happen if an Ultra4 section is created in the scale section. I just don't want to add another place to post the same stuff without adding value.
