So I am here at the shop working on my 2.2 scaler, wiring is a nightmare, my guess is there is 50ft of wiring in this thing.

I just tested the winch, it is full adjustable as far as speed, and it just lifted a 1/6 scale Nylint with the battery in it Picked it up like nothing and kept going until the nylints stinger hit the bottom of the work bench and I shut it off.

You girls better ditch those servo winches.

I think the midnight oil will be burning in a lot of shops from now till the Tamiya Scale Nationals. I’ve got a couple of hundred lug nuts to loctite in. Hopefully all goes well and I can make it to a showing at the non-competitive side of the event.

My 2.2 is just about wrapped up. As for the 1.9, it is not working out for me so I think I will just use a CC-o1. Anybody got any tips or info on what breaks or whatever on these pigs?

Well the gearing sucks for crawling. They tend to blow spur gears and pop front dogbones if you run 'em hard. And they don't steer for poo.

I'm still adding steel to Betty's frame.

Over 3lbs now and getting heavier. Will be interesting to see how much this pig weighs when I'm done.

Nice work on your rig Scuzzy, that looks TIGHT!

The group photo at this event will be INSANE! I predict more trucks than any other group photo...

Yeah, it'll be done.

Should finish the metal work tonight, get it primed and painted, built as a roller, and get started on installing all the electronics.

The Blackfoot's looking sweet CRF.

Guido's getting close. He runs, the "gear" shifter works, the lights work, the winch works.
Basically need to mount and detail the motor, fab some exhaust, and fit some panels.

No, I brazed up a simple ladder frame. The front end is a coil sprung three link with panhard bar. The rear is a four link sitting on full droop. It wheels just as sick its just not that pretty
