Well its all together and all the lights work except my brake lights:-(
But it turns out my problems are the batteries I bought. they don't want to take a charge so.....
But anyways

Thanks guys Im pretty happy with the look of it, just just wish it worked like its supposed too. Im hoping I can get it sorted out before we run this weekend. But if not I got Billy Bob as a back up.:-P

I think a lot of guys use brake line tubing and use torches to bend and braze them together. I haven't tried it yet, I've only made roof racks out of brass rod by soldering them together.
