Default **Nor-Cal Event #6 - Fall / Winter Series**

Nor-Cal Fall/Winter Series - Event #6 - SATURDAY March 29th

There are more details to come and of course a banner, but here is the start of the information:

When: Sat, 29 March
Where: Jackson, CA (Near Arnold, click here for directions)
Tech: 9:00 AM
Start: 10:00 AM
Special Guest Appearance by: Bigfoot

The last event was on some of the nastiest and stickiest rock around. With all that traction, who needed rubber compound tires. Well dont' get too comofortable. We are changing things up a bit by going to some water polished granite up in the foot of the Sierras. So break out those tire compounds and suction cups fellas, it is gonna be a lot different than the last event.

This time around, our Hillbilly friends (Dellanoosh, Ussslandlocked, Ratterd, etc) are hosting the event location and will have home field advantage along with background heckling. They are prepared to harass each and everyone of you through your courses.

As usual, we can always use a little help judging and helping out. So if you are interested, please let me know.

Please sign up here as usual before the cutoff date (27 Mar 08 ). This helps us prepare the score sheets before the event and helps keep the event more organized. If people you know don't have access to the webt to sign up, please find out if they are going and sign up for them. People signing up at the event get an automatic point penalty.

To sign up, just copy the name list from the previous person posting and add your name to the list. If you are unsure, just see how everyone else does it and copy it. Simple

Went out there today also. Now I'm alittle worried. Sams course on these slick as snot rocks!? Definately going to be some challenging courses. I wonder if I can put suction cups on my tires?

Sweeeeeeeeeeet. Nothing like a comp on slick rocks to change it up. Glad you guys had a blast out there. Sounds like we will need to figure out parking or shuttling of some sort, but from the pics in the SRM posting, it looks to be a sweet little nugget.

Might want to ask Don but I think there might be a somewhat parking lot not to far after the site by the sh!ter. Jackson is only about 5-10 mins. away so people could also meet there and take one car in.

Had lots of fun there this weekend. Think I need to add some weight. To the rig that is, I'm carrying more than enough as is.

Glad to see you can make it Brandon. You had me worried when you were talking about only being able to go on Sunday.

I hope to have my Rockracer done by then. The chassis is done and in the mail.

This last weekend was crazy, for the most part my weekends are free, especially when I plan in advance (Thanks Sam for posting the date so soon )

Cant wait to see your RR, email me some pics
