So what'd everyone think of the courses?

I tried to make'm doable but still challenging. I used my old King Bling WK tuber (red thing with flames pictured above) to set up all the 2.2 comp courses except for the finals and used a random 2.2 from someone that was fawking around to set up the 2.2 finals.

Ryan set up the 1.9 comp courses and I used three random rigs for the 1.9 finals course.

I know some folks commented about "There's no way!" but I know a few folks saw me driving them during setup.

I just like setting up fun courses that can be done but the penalties come in when drivers panic.

So my rig is just random?

I liked the courses myself. A little of everything from climbs, down hills, side hills, sharp turns, and TREES!

You guys did a great job.

Yeah, it was random.

When it came time to set up finals courses I just asked to borrow the first rig I saw running around.

Also sort of tried to keep folks from watching as I set them up, but hey.

I thought the courses were cool.

My only thing was the event seemed a little slow, and we might have been in trouble if all the drivers that were sighed up actually showed up. I felt sorry for the 1.9 only drivers that had to sit around all day.

I guess that makes 2 issuses.....WTF was up with all the "NO SHOWS".....it was for a good cause, and people were turned away. By just not showing up you cost the kids some gifts

I liked the courses, except 1.9 finals, but you know that.:-P Good variety of obstacles, quick pace through most was nice.

As Fish mentioned, we did seem to lose momentum after 2.2 courses 1-3 were ran though.

Excellent pics as always Sven

I liked the courses. There was a variety of obstacles thrown in and made for the driver to be on his/her game when driving because some of those gates were perfectly placed.

One question tho, what was the deal with having some gates 12", 14", 15", and 16" wide? was that on purpose or accident? Not that the narrow gates really caused any problems but was just wondering.

Hey Kenny/JIA, thanks for putting this event on and I hope that the kids enjoyed all the toys that yall took to them

I will step up and say I am sorry for things being slow. This was the first comp I've tried to put together. Jason and Ryan played a huge roll in making this happen. Fish helped me out as well. Me and Jason were up for over 48 hours prior to the event getting stuff together and making the drive over. Next year things should go a little smoother Hopefully I will be able to get more sponsors to help out with giveaways and prizes.

The MaxAmps package showed up guys. Even though it was late, Thank you MaxAmps for the support! I have a 2c Lipo and a 3c Lipo to giveaway and a crap ton of stickers! I will need the people that DIDN'T win something to let me know. I will draw 2 names New Years day to see who gets them. That way there is enough time for everybody to know about this. I'm trying to get in touch with the other sponsors that didn't show or come through and see if they will still honor what they said they would, if so I will do the same thing with those prizes!

So whoever didn't win something post up!!!! 2 Lipos up for grabs! And I will ship them Priority mail on my dime
