I know this is long but I belive it has some good info.....Hey everyone just to let you know I made reservations this morning for camping and they told me that this place is a popular spot that time of year and they are almost fully booked for camp sites. They only have two more group area left and the other camp sites they do have are going to be a ways from the area dan has got spots reserved. My spot is area 4 site 48 which is about 2-300 yards from dans sites of area 4 numbers 45-44-40 acording to the reservation people. There are a couple spots near me left, but other than that it looks like you will be in another area. They also are only taking reservations until april 5th after that not again until middle of may.I hope this info helps some of you make your plans befor you miss out.

you can have 8 people 2 tents 1 car. per sight unless you want to pay 5$ more for another vehical.. Vehical would include a camp trailer or rv. If you have an rv with idaho tags you 10$.. But there is over flow parking where you can park the extra vehicals and not pay the fee.

the direct number to call for reservations is

208 630-5050

What separates Novice from Pro? My kid is only 5 and that's why I put him in Novice but his crawler will have front and rear dig, either a Berg or if the Losi comes out by then, although he doesn't know how to use it well and I could turn it off if needed.

From what I understand you can't have dig installed in novice class.Less gates than pro.Other than that its basically the same. There may be more but thats what i know.

So if that's true, for my kid's rig could I just disable the dig and he could still run a Berg?

pro is usually dig.. but hes 5 i personally don't care. we can just bring it up at the drivers meeting see what everyone thinks. But i don't have a problem with him running novice. he is 5 after all..

Thanks Like I said, I can just disable it. It wouldn't surprise me to see him beat a couple of people. He has a very well set up rig

If the dig is disabled I dont see a problem with a berg running novice at all,the more people the more it pays out!

burley is the closet town that has a hotel. and thats like a 30-40 minute drive. Our club will most likely have a few spots open too. as we have 4 spots reserved. which can hold 32 people and we won't have that many people from out club going.
