OK, Im gonna most likely stay at the Super 8 again. cost wise it makes sense. But i have to be there 3 days before the comp to help out. Toyo, R2j, MThead, BMuzzy, BriansBodies, Bowtie, are coming that I know of. I dont believe any of them smoke. I am awaiting to hear from them because i was gonna book 2 rooms at the 8 for 4 people to stay. More if I hear more. |

OK, Here is what I have so far. Up to 4 people per room. The price at Super 8 is $65.00 + tax The tax is more of a visitors vacation tax. I think its like $4.00 from the last time I stayed last year. Now I am gonna call the manager tomorrow and see if I can get a discount for groups. Most likely I would need to get 8-10 rooms booked. Now these are not awesome rooms, but they are safe, clean and there is hot water. My main concern is that everyone can get rooms for the event because there is also a state highschool event going on the same time which is why a lot of the hotels are getting booked. I'll post here when I find out more. |

| As Norm said, be sure to book ASAP because that time of year the hotels fill quick, I also believe the legislature is back in session this year and might be booking up rooms too! |

Hoiday Inn Express in Helena is sold out .. no rooms avaiable  update: it is because they have changed there name ... they have rooms but they start at $124 per night ..... not for me Last edited by The Eye; 01-08-2011 at 11:54 AM. |

It looks like Patrick (Locked Up) and I are making the trip from Austin this year! So we would like to get a room booked ASAP. Yeah, the hotel is between the comp site and bens shop. I should know something today from super 8. Right now its $65.00 a night per room. You can have up to 4 in a room. They also have a breakfast with eggs and sausage, cereal, ect. But as soon as pos. Ill find out if I can get better prices. |
