That was a brutal comp. The courses were great thanks guys

5 minutes, 8 gates, a couple courses had bonuses but no one at the time or anti-gravity to complete them.

You's got two course 2 for NWARC. Thanks for showin' us how to drive today.

Awesome courses. From short/tight technical crawling, long courses G6 style to normal comp style courses. The rock at DeGray is cool too. Tons of grip in spot, pine needle snot-slick and in between. Third time at that place, always finding new lines.

I might have screwed up on adding.
I always get the course scores correct (cause I verify with driver), just when i start adding/subtracting multiple course scores, i can get dumb.
Ashton might have found some scoring errors on individual courses too. I think we found one or two in all the score sheets when we were double checking the sheets out there.

There is your problem... You did math with Shane.

Excel did the math this time

correct, I checked every course on every sheet before I totaled up at the spot, and I did it once again before I posted them up in excel

Guess it was me. Sorry. I left thinking I had a 2 for the day. Guess it was a 7! But Ashton thought he had a -41! So we really jacked up the total final tally scores!
It was hot and my brain wasn't on all cylinders.

Hey man no worries. It was hot as hell and by the end of the day math problems shouldn't have been left up to us humans.

Excel rules

yeah and about that..

Your score for that course was a 30. You pointed out and only had -10 progress points. It was written down wrong. That is why I double check. Actually on that course your point out score of 40 was written in the time slot, the actual score of 30 was written in the bonus spot, and then a magical 20 appeared in the total spot.

Unless you finished that course, I don't see how you could have driven a 74. It would be more like a 92.

and you can call me... you do have my number.

Had a great time at the comp today.

Courses were the perfect amount of challenge, yet doable. Except for that 13" vertical ledge.....Practiced on it afterwards and only got the fronts hooked once, and couldn't get the rears up.

It was nice being so close to the lake to just go jump in afterwards. Felt great. Water was warmer than I expected.

How are Ross's ankles? I've never been on a course that had a wasp obstacle before....

Yeah I was thinking about it, and realized a 20 and pointing out would have been impossible.... Hence why I erased my post and tried not to make a big deal... Thanks for double checking everything. I still had a blast and a personal victory in course one!

then all you hear and see is your legs getn it ..
(in the background) shane(pookie memphis)is getn the hell outa dodge..

glad you werent allergic to them..

as a note..
we should all tell our allergies..
just so we can have emergency plan
or first aid kit readily availible.
and bring wasp spray.

Finally in a hotel that has internet! Almost to the folks house, will be there this afternoon. I had a great time running Saturday! Congrats to Ashton and Shane for their low scores on some tough courses! Good luck at nationals! You know we will all be rooting for you! Mike and Ricky, it was nice to meet you guys and have some new competition. Hopefully I'll find an opportunity to comp with you guys again before this time next year. Finally, thanks Ricky for the pics. Looks like I need to keep my mouth shut.
