I cant wait for super time. We have more cones if you need them or want to set up more than 3 courses. We would also be more than happy to setup a course or two and help in anyway possible to get the super scene going. Just let me know what we can do!

I used to live in South Salt Lake and have since moved back to So. Cal. I do remember how nice people were in Utah and you have proved it does not diminish over time. If I have time I will come and sample the food and good times. Thanks for the open offer.

There is some road construction on Red Hills Parkway that might affect the event. Most likely it will not but, if by some chance Pioneer Park is closed the day of the event, we have an alternate spot just a few miles down the road at Chuckwalla Park. Below are directions from Pioneer Park to Chuckwalla Park.

From Pioneer Park: Head west on Red Hills Parkway 2.7miles to Bluff St.
Turn right onto Bluff St, Head north on Bluff St about 2 blocks and Chuckwalla is on the left (west) side of the road.

Well it has come down to this i am looking for a place to crash for the weekend of the comp
A s i have been looking for the last 3-4 weeks for a hotel but there just isnt any.
so i guess what im asking is there anyone that has room even on the floor that i could crash
fri night and sat night.
I will be driving down just need a place to stay if so lmk asap
welling to pay a little if needed.

When I was down there last month they were doing road work there, But it was still accessible. Going east on the main road, turn off to the first dirt parking lot and it winds around and that spot was still accessible when I was there and it looked to be almost half way done in the end of Jan. They are re doing the parking lots and paving them.

The day after I was up there with Newman, my wife and I drove around to see if I could get back there and we were still able too. I would think that it should be much further along. I guess we will see when we get there.

Anyways... Just a heads up on that.

So I am getting a little nervous about my time off request I put in with my sergeant.... I put in for it 2 weeks ago and still haven't seen an approval. Should know very soon.

Anyways.... My point is this, My wife and I have a 2nd house and I have offered to anyone who may need a place to crash. I have plenty of floor space and 2 couches. You are more then welcome just LMK.

T-Money said he may need a place for Fri night but haven't heard anything back yet. But like I said even with him and his buddy we will have room for you and I said in my previous post. No money will be accepted. But you're welcome to stay.

FYI----FRIDAY NIGHT........ On the GTG/pot luck/BB-Q/good time that My wife and I have been planning on.... I have bought a new smoker and I have already taken it down there for the BB-Q and I plan on smoking meet a few hours previously. I will have Elk and Deer meet. If game meet is not your thing then bring what you want to eat. If you want it smoked with hickory, then bring it a bit earlier.

I will have a case of beer and prob a few bottles of booz. So if you will want more or your own then bring it. If not.... My wife will have milk and cookies for the none drinkers...J/K

If it goes well and if we get a good turn out we can do it again Sat night after the comp too


I am going to post directions this weekend.
