Update: The day of our Comp/Cookout is free parking day at the Whitewater Center and the first Saturday that water will not be released. That means we will have even more cool and different rock to play on.

The way I see it, once a grill is loaded, what's the difference in hauling it 2 miles or 200 miles? Why unload 3 grills if Randy has a single one that can do the job? Just my .02. | |

| Well look at it this way..... Usually Randy drives the Suburu to save on gas. Never seen him in a truck. I wouldn't want my grill in my trunk for 200 miles. I will have my open bed Tundra..... If I was going farther I would drive the Camry. Make sense? Randy is offering to help in a big way...... Just trying to make it easy for us all.

Don't argue boys. I'm bringing a grill regardless. Randy and I talked a little about the cookout at our last GTG, so we will be fine. I was more or less asking again for confirmation sake. We want to avoid those picknic area grills if at all possible. I've seen people cook lipos in them before I'll call Randy this week anyway. When I drove up there to pay for the pavilion the property master guy told me he would turn the electricity on for us there as well. |

I'm pretty sure I ended up with the left over napkins from the cookout last year. I'll bring those too.

If I counted right, we have a little over 30 people including drivers and family so far. People from ga, tn, al, sc, and nc. Chad was right. This is almost as big as a major qualifier lol. Whatever we are doing at about noon, we will shut down for about an hour so everyone can eat. Oh yeah... And this thing happens rain or shine. Ocoee is a fine place for wet weather. No mud and the rocks still have grip. Don't strand us there with all them burgers and no one to eat em. Last edited by Harvo; 09-23-2013 at 07:49 PM. |
