Has anyone been to TOM'S 4x4 land he bought in Kimball/South Pittsburgh? I was just thinking he might have a couple places for a comp.

I heard that you had to pay but I didn't know it cost that much. That's ridiculous.

Guys... don't do any trail class builds yet. The rules keep getting modified. ... For the good.

Don't forget guys this new class is geared around new guys just starting out ( straight from the hobby shop you could say) my self I think the rules need to keep cars / trucks petty stock new guy sees hybrid axles, different axles he thinks why am I here with my stock setup. I think its a cool class to let new people see if the comp scene is for them with out jumping in to a comp rig. Just hate to see turn in to a class that's to much like sportsmen. That's my 2 cents on that but I'll support what ever Sent from my C771 using Tapatalk 2 |

Been ordering parts for an out of spec rig, maybe it'll end up being legal after all |

I'm a newbie but I hope wraith axles will be allowed. I like the wider wheel base.

Just to keep you up to speed... looking like any legal axles might be allowed under any legal chassis... but with a maximum width rule.... or a modified "plus or minus allowed" measurement. So like I said... don't get too far into a build yet. |

Not sure yet which part of the WWC we will be using. I'd like to try a section where we haven't comped before... but I'll let you know. |

You can use my 1.9 class and I also have some orange survey flags. How much are the shirts?

I talked to TOM today from TOM'S 4X4. He said that he wanted to set up some courses but does not know what he needs and what types of courses we (crawlers) would want. He mentioned he had even thought about stocking RC's. He would like to talk to someone with the knowledge of how courses are setup and what they look for to call him...

You can use my rig to test for 1.9 and I will help with anything else when we get there.

Just a quick question on the new trail truck class, it lists a scx10 wheelbase at 12.3, but i run mostly dingo chassis trucks (11.3) does that mean they will not be legal, or they will because it is factory wheelbase for the truck, just want to be sure . Thanks.
