Lets start sporty off in this general area. If youre driving a 2wd or a car, might be best to come from the bottom in the neighborhood.

This spot is mostly untouched, even by me. I think the first 801 comp years ago, before I was around might have been here? Other than that, I dont think its ever been driven on. Its pretty different than what we have comped on. Its pretty smooth and rolling but I think that might be cool for the 2.2S class.

Since I have driven so much other rock out there, I will get input from you guys where you might want to do 2.2P and Super.

Are the comp times PST or MST?

MST, Utah time. That way, if you get it wrong, youre going to be early, not late.

All of wendover is on mst regardless of what state you are currently in. Could you imagine a city with two times zones..... hahahaha

I made the mistake of thinking NV was in PST when we ordered pizza last year. LOL. Pizza was not as fresh and hot as it should have been.

Yeah theres a big green sign about two or three miles outside of wendover that indicates the time zone change.

BUT, beware that your phone/car/whatever will change. It can be confusing for that reason.

That has a lot to do with the cell tower you might be connected to and the time zone of that.

That said I'm super stoked. Have a few more maintenance things left to do. I think I'm gonna give that new Holmes BLS 500 a shot in my 2.2 this weekend.

Hi y'all, two days b4 comping. Just a quick question, why are we starting at noon for the sporties, are we not running as many courses, just curious. Looking forward to see all of jerryskids

Leaving here at 8am is going to be somewhat tough for me. I still have a lot to get done. Leaving at 8 gets me there at 10, starts the comp at 12.

If you want, show up whenever and start setting up. If you guys have it all setup and ready to go by 10, lets start then. If you dont have gates, just use chalk or something and when I get there, we can just slap gates on the chalk.

If there is support I dont care if there are 50 courses.
