What day is that? I'll be in Ft. Collins by then, but I have been waiting for someone to host another competition! As far as I know I'll be able to go. |

Sounds like a good plan Fireman. I am just hoping to have mine all the way done by then. Just keep getting new ideas... Well, any new thoughts on location? Or should we just overrun Dirk again? |

Dirk, you still cool with havin this at your place? Griz told me that the area where you had the last comp was only 1 of 3 places you have done up. Is this right??? Well, if you are still good with it, let's plan on it at your place.

I'm down wit dat! I have three courses at my house. the main one comprises of about 7 or 8 sections with several gates in each section. It gets progressively tougher as you go through the sections. At the last comp, we had about 5 trucks and it took about 8 hours to do this course!!! The other two courses are huge boulder fields. Each one is one HUGE section. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for one truck to make it through each boulder field. If we have enough people, we could actually run all three courses at once. When you finish with one, you move on to the next. |

May I make a suggestion? How about calling it the "Freedom Crawl", we can grill up some meat and such and have ourselve a second 4th of July, only with some crawling thrown in. Maybe make it a yearly thing? |

Sounds good, but "freedom Crawl" just seems to be more fitting for the 4th of July. I dunno. It just happened that the Sat. after my Bday was Spet. 11th.....so I could really go either way. Also I would feel bad calling it the "Freedom Crawl" when we are really there to get together as a late Bday bash/crawl, you know. Guess it might just be me, but if I was going out just to crawl that day it would be cool, but I just don't feel right bringing about freedom and a second 4th without that being the main focus. I dunno....I am tired and not thinking right... so who knows....

I understand about that one. You can nix the idea, thinking about it, the 11th isn't always going to fall on a weekend. But... a 4th of july type crawl might have to be on order for next year. How old you turning anyway? |

Hey Neo, how old are you? I coulda sworn you were 16/17? If you're in the market for a 1:1 truck, check out my sale in the for sale area. I have $4,000 listed, but I am asking 3,800. And if you want we could car pool down together, seeing as how we are only like 5 min away from eachother but 2 hours from pueblo.

Where are you at Playswithtoys? I can't remember. I'm not in Pueblo. I'm in Black Forest which is about 1 hour north of Pueblo. |

Ohhh, I coulda sworn I read pueblo in one of the emails about the last comp. I am in Aurora/Centennial southeast of denver. Colo Spgs. is about an hour (hour and a half with traffic) away.
